  Completely shocking organisation. Phoned me twice on a telephone preference service number registered number early on a Saturday morning (waking me up after a hard working week). Left no message (either time). On phoning them back they have no ability to tell you why they called you / on whose behalf they are apparently contacting you. Unable to give you their Information Commissioners Office Registration Number. Anyone who uses their services needs their head examining - As all it will do is waste their customers time and antagonise them Avoid like the plague.

  My answerphone recorded message as follows:(initial bit garbled) '...after 24 hours this message will be deleted' followed by 'Contact the Library for help. Press 1 to confirm receipt of this message or 2 to repeat.' As my library isn't anywhere near Nottingham I now ignore this frequent message. Possibly pressing 1 or 2 would incur BT charges? These calls are at best unprofessional or worse, a form of extortion. Be wary. Don't answer.

  I have been called by this number several times in relation to packages to be delivered by Parcel Force. Since I dont answer unsolicited calls they were recorded as missed calls and I only found out about the company by ringing them. It seems that they are a legitimate company who pass on messages from a number of clients who are registered with them. However the service is so poorly organized that recipients assume the call is some kind of scam and either hang up or refuse to accept it.

  Called me three times over 35 mins starting at 8.05 am on a Saturday morning and I am in France? I have called our French service provider who have blocked the number - 00441159338000 and now have it on file to monitor.

  Left it to go to voice mail... just caught something about 80002 Utter bilge. If I'd taken the call, is have hung up anyway. I this day and age, you'd have to be mental to take a recorded call that prompts you to press buttons in an unsolicited call.

  Called at 5am. Half asleep so pressed 1 for message. Nothing. I believe this to be a scam. If it's not, the people using this service are seriously insane. I would not have pressed 1 hadke2 I been fully awake.

  I think it was to do with an ASDA delivery, bt message did not indicate who the message was from. Appears to keep trying until either 1, to hear, or 9, to reject, is pressed. Seems to be legitimate but very poorly implemented system.

  Called four times in space of 15 mins SIMULTANEOUSLY on landline and mobile. Voice messages left but only the end/one word that is difficult to decipher. Have blocked caller on iPhone and need to work out how to block on landline. I have TPS which is frustrating. Would encourage to report on a few websites. Wish there was one reporting system which would then pick up the trend more quickly.

  Calls are repetitive and in the evening. NO regard for late nights calls and distressing for the recipient. People come across as friendly but the whole thing is unsolicited. DO NOT press any numbers, ignore and do not answer.

  I was called 3 times at 12.45 12.53 and 1.03 AM did not press any numbers found it very distressing in the middle of the night! called the number back this morning now waiting for a return call with an explanation.

  Number called our landline from 9:00 am on a sunday morning on about 3 times. Left anonymous messages on answer machine. Didn't answer because I don't recognise the number from england. Called back by cardphone instead. Recorded female voice with terrible englisch accent promised to call back, when lines are free. Very strange. We don't know anyone in England who could possibly have our landline number that wouldn't call us directly or leave message on am.
