  I work on behalf of Nationwide for Nunwood consulting and can confirm we dial 9am til 9pm to gather feedback from not only Nationwide but Skipton, AA, N Power, Post Office and Neo post which is business to business only. We are not a scam, we ask for no personal information and if you read up on Data Protection we cannot disclose the name of the building society on Nationwides campaign otherwise we will get sacked. Skipton have it a little easier and can confirm straight away due to the amount of complaints generated. Our job is hard enough without people like you lot making malicious rumours about our company. We don't get paid enough as it is! A simple run though of the questions would be to confirm you went into branch or called on a SPECIFIC day that we provide and also a time if you ask for it, we then ask what its regarding I.E opening a instant access account again nothing specific or personal as there are many instant access accounts ect. The to rate service between 1-5 why you give that score, what can be improved and wether you'd like your name attached to the responses and whether you'd like to be recontacted. Responses stay between us and nationwide as if you agree you are told and also ALL OF OUR CALLS ARE RECORDED ANYWAY. Stop causing us hassle when trying to do our jobs, stop being miserable and spare 4 MINUTES. It doesn't hurt!

  Whoever they are operating for I object to being asked to go through a security check even when they refuse to say who they are calling on behalf of.I consider the company employing them ought not to be giving security checks to a third party - hence why so many people consider it is a phising scam

  This company called my elderly parents landline despite me changing the details on the accounts 2 years ago to reflect my new address. They claimed to be from KPMG Market research asking about a Building society account. I've instructed my parents to tell this company to remove the phone number from their records under the Data protection act as it is not longer a contact number for me, and has not been for 2 years. I would also point out I never Discuss financial matters on the phone unless I dial the number myself. I also neither confirm nor deny what accounts I have or where, mainly because there are so many con artists out there. I live by the idiom - "Better Safe than sorry!".

  You only have to look at the quality of the English in the entries from this firm to realise how unprofessional they are. Like others we are TPS registered and without fail opt out from "marketing" options on any business we deal with.

  If this is from Nationwide via Nunwood they should be ashamed of their conduct. I'm now considering closing my Nationwide account. At least Santander provide a good service without all this hassle. Call centre employees should also realise how much of a nuisance they are. When the phone rings it interrupts whatever we are doing and we tend to be VERY annoyed with these pests!

For the people saying that they work for the number I did not give my number to any of the businesses you do work for I don't even have a branch of nationwide within an hour car ride from my house so I don't bank with them, so why would you call me???

  Received a call from this number 15 minutes ago, I said hello & they hung up, so in my book that's harassment. Reading the other posts & in particular, the responses from Nunwood, if they claim to represent Nationwide surely they should at least have the courtesy to answer you not just hang up. My phone has a call-blocking feature, so I've now added another number on it.....

  Might be a consulting firm but I didn't ask them to call or sanction bring pestered for what I perceive as a personal matter between the bank and myself.if I need to rate the bank I'll tell them directly what I think of the service. As a TPS member I see this as unwarranted calling.

  Cold calling is harassment even if it is "to gather feedback on behalf of etc." These companies should get the message that people don't want this type of call. What is suspicious is I started getting calls a day after paying funds into my Nationwide account. Number blocked.

  Absolute pain. Have only started getting these calls in the last couple of days, since TalkTalk hacking incident. Five calls from three different numbers. I am supposed to be Ex- Directory and TPS so how are they getting the numbers ?

  This is a market research company. They can't tell you who they're calling on behalf of until they speak to the named respondent - otherwise they might be giving someone else confidential information, eg. that your wife/husband is with Nationwide. Or, worse, that your wife/husband has taken out a life insurance policy, or whatever. Their job is not to harass you. Just tell them not to call back, and they won't. Let the call end on an ambiguous note, or tell them just "not right now", and it's their duty not to get rid of a valuable number, so you'll get a call back. They called just now for my mum. It's up to her whether she wants to answer or not.

  Asking for my husband regarding some products he had ordered. He doesn't order anything as he is seriously disabled. man calling tried to quote the Data Protection Act so I just yelled down the Phone Oh Get Lost. Our number is ex-directory and registered with the TPS.( What a joke) Think he got the message in the end. I traced the call, Nunwood Research. Left a very nasty and blunt message

  Caller was bereft of clear speech but eventually said that he was from KPMG doing market research re experience with a building society. Wouldn't tell me which until I confirmed that I was Mr X. Told him I was Mr X at which point he said that it pertained to Nationwide. Told him his approach was unprofessional - didn't ask if it was convenient to proceed. Told him we were TPS and to follow basic professionalism in future. As to KPMG Nunwood consultants saying that "they're only doing their job" - by all means do your job but in a professional manner.   Half a dozen calls in a week, keep asking for personal details whilst refusing to confirm who they are or why they are calling. Got a very firm answer from me each time.

  They are just doing customer research on behalf of the nationwide building society they asked me if I would do a survey on the branch I last visited no problems

  I agreed in an online form to accept a feedback call from Nationwide, so have no objection to their doing so. Unfortunately I couldn't remember why I had contacted the building society on the day the specified, so they were unable to proceed. Not their fault: if you don't want these calls, just make sure you don't agree to them in advance.

  I was promised by Nationwide that they'd remove my details from their 'phone call list. It went quiet for about 6 months. Now the calls have started again despite me being on TPS.

  Caller from Nunwood refused to say who they were but wanted to talk to my wife "about a recent building society transaction." Sounded like some sort of financial scam.Totally unprofessional.

  My wife answered a call & they said they wanted to speak to me. I believe they phoned on behalf of Nationwide. They should have spoken to my wife as we have a joint account. They are a nuisance, they keep phoning. Nationwide told me that my phone number would not be passed on to anyone else when we opened the account 3 weeks ago
