  Seems to be an automated call, connecting you to an operator when you speak on answering. Calls daily. Never actually got as far as speaking to them.

  Calling at various times during the day and evening, trying to get me to upgrade my meter. Despite giving a very clear and polite refusal (and my reasons) they continue to call.

  I have been experiencing constant phone calls every day. These calls began shortly after I was contacted by one of EDF's staff who was trying to get me to consider a new energy package deal. To then put me on a list to be called every day after I had made it clear I did not want to change my current deal is nothing short of harassment. Shame on you EDF.

  Have spoken to EDF call centre previously and told them we’re not interested until, if ever, smart meters become compulsory. Clearly, they don’t take no for an answer. Their previous commitment to sending me an information email on the meters was not honoured.

  As EDF is my provider a younger girls voice said as an EDF provider they are upgrading my meter to a smart meter from I thought she said March 1st- now 13 March. I asked was everyone having an upgrade and was it compulsory or not and I wasn't happy to change and make a decision in my 1 minute call - the time I was allowing them on the phone call. They said to look online at EDF webpage and I hung up as EDF would obviously send me a letter to inform of this if this was compulsory. B***** Annoying call so be aware at 7pm.

  It's twice daily now! They won't leave off. EDF are harassing me. Legal action should be taken. I don't want their spy and radiation device installed in my home. I've told them I don't want it. They won't take no for an answer. EDF are a disgrace.

  Marketing call from EDF energy. Range 4 times after I told them I didn't want to be contacted again as I was already with edf energy. The address they had on file for me was completely wrong, refused to say where my number was retrieved from. If you can add to the block list in your phone.

  Man was arrogant and wouldn't take not interested in changing supplier. 3 times said no hung up & he phoned back. Annoying or what.

  Don't ignore. You have to awnser and say "not interested, dont call back " or they will call you three times a day for weeks!
